Mommy Needs a Cocktail
I am still trying to recover from this cold, re-injured my back carrying 40 lb. Loretta across the Seattle Center, and trying to prep for a an 80-person catering gig on Orcas Island this weekend. Since I should be chopping vegetables in my kitchen right now (and not blogging), here's a photo for the day. Thanks for that card, Em. Damn those juice boxes.
And one more thing. Check out Your Stories. Ginger, a wonderful reader, loved the photo of me in my kitchen and said, "Wouldn't it be great if we could see each other in our kitchens?" I told her we'd kick off the campaign with her. Doesn't she look awesome? Both of us would love more photos. Send 'em in!

One of the best thing about Europe is that they have wine, in juice boxes. I wonder if it's possible if this revolution has made it the states yet?
