Yay, the Galettes are back! (glad to hear your coast is finally getting some good weather. I will actually be over there in a few weeks-- just in time! :-)
ahhh - looks so good. I had forgotten about galattes...I know, sad thing. I have some apricots that need a home so maybe I can whip out a galette today. Maybe...can't plan much of anything with a 9 week old right now. :) There is always tomorrow. Love the photo of your little helper - so sweet. Enjoy the sunshine!!
Oooo yes. Veronica has reminded me of our date with the water today and many days thereafter a couple times. Love the pic of Loretta and much better with raspberry fingers than black olive fingers (love white raspberries). Galette looks perfect, too!
Those little raspberry fingers are just about the cutest I've ever seen :) I love berry season, especially blue and raspberries, my very favorite. Blueberries are ripe for the pickin' out here on the Cape and I picked a bunch of raspberries yesterday too. I love love love this time of year. That galette looks delish! Might try a peach and blueberry...
